Directory Code Number Request The Directory Code Number Request Form is now available as
on online form which will expedite the assignment of directory code
numbers. This form should be used when you are creating a new directory
or splitting an existing directory and require a new code number. Once
the new number has been assigned YPA will either fax or e-mail the
directory code number to your attention. If time is critical call Barb

Rates & Data - Packages A/B
CD-ROM Rates & Data information
is available on CD-ROM in two formats. The first, Package A is a full
file of Rates & Data , Coverage and Special Pricing information that
is sent out on a monthly basis. The second format, Package B, contains
only changes from the previous month. Package B is also sent out
monthly. Both Package A and B are available via an annual subscription
to YPA members for $1,639 per year and to non-members for $2,689 per
year. A slightly higher charge applies if you wish to receive this data
via second-day UPS or overnight mail. Electronic downloads are
also available for members $1,499 and non-members $2,449.00. To

YPA RatesPCTM YPA RatesPCTM is a
Windows-based software package designed for Publishers to submit rates
and other pertinent directory data information to the YPA Rates &
DataTM database. This software is available to
all publishers free of charge. Additional options are available for
submitting your directory data to the YPA Rates &
DataTM system. For more

& Data Directory Index The Directory Index contains all
pertinent non-rate information. All directory rates and Special
Pricing programs appear in the IRIS CD, Online product and the raw data
files. All rates shown in the electronic products are based on a
12 month issue. Rates are shown in U.S. Currency unless otherwise
indicated. The contents of this publication
is sorted alphabetically by U.S. then state, additional countries and
Special Interest categories. The directories then appear
alphabetically by directory name. The cost for this
subscription is $300 for members and $520 for non-members. Please
