Norton
President With more than 20 years of
Yellow Pages experience, Neg Norton leads the Yellow Pages Association
(YPA), its member publishers, national marketing agencies ("CMRs") and
supplier organizations to promote, grow and advocate on behalf of a
print and electronic Yellow Pages industry valued at more than $14
billion.
The Association also focuses on efforts to provide its
members with products and services that add quality and value to their
businesses, while lowering costs. Norton joined the YPA in August
2003, following a position as vice president of business development at
Atlanta-based Loyaltyworks. Before that, he was vice president of
strategic accounts at San Francisco-based Telephia from
2000-2001. From 1997-2000, he served as vice president of national
marketing for the Yellow Pages Publishers Association (YPPA), the
predecessor of the current YPA. While at the YPPA, Neg managed the
highly successful Marketing the Medium® program and oversaw sales
and marketing programs designed to increase national Yellow Pages market
share. From 1984 to 1997, he held management positions in business
development, marketing and sales for NYNEX Information Resources and
Bell Atlantic Directory Services. He has an M.B.A. from
Northeastern University in Boston and a B.S. in marketing from

Cindi
Aldrich Director, Membership Development Located in the
Association's Troy, Michigan, office, Ms. Aldrich directs YPA's
membership recruitment and retention efforts and oversees exhibit,
sponsorship and advertising sales for the Association's annual
conference and exhibition.
With over 18 years of Yellow Pages
experience, Ms. Aldrich is well qualified to identify, evaluate,
develop, and implement initiatives that increase membership and member
value. Prior to her current role as director of membership
development, she served as the Association's controller and was
responsible for all accounting operations. Before joining the
National Yellow Pages Service Association (the predecessor of the
current organization) in 1986, Ms. Aldrich held various accounting
positions, including with Berger and Wild, the Association's Certified
Public Accountant. Ms. Aldrich holds a bachelor's degree in
business administration from Central Michigan University and is a
graduate of the Dale Carnegie course in human relations and public
speaking. She maintains professional memberships with the American
Society of Association Executives, the American Management Association,
Adcrafter of Detroit and the Executive Women's Golf

Nancy Augustine Sr. Vice President,
YPA National Marketing Division Nancy Augustine is senior vice president of YPA’s National
Marketing Division, responsible for day-to-day Division
operations. Initiatives include the PAYS database of national call
tracking data and MAP program for national advertisers. (PAYS
stands for Proof that Advertising in Yellow Pages Sells. MAP is Measurement and Accountability Partnership.)
Previously, Nancy was senior vice president of the
Association of Directory Marketing, which she joined in July 1991.
Prior to ADM, Nancy was a research analyst with Ketchum Directory
Advertising, managing yellow pages market research and advertiser
testing. She is a magna cum laude graduate of
Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, with a B.S.B.A., Marketing, and

Donna G. Borowicz Chief Financial
Officer Donna Borowicz, CPA,
is the Chief Financial Officer of the Yellow Pages Association
(YPA).
Based in the YPA executive offices in Berkeley Heights, New
Jersey, she is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial
and human resources operations. Prior to joining the YPA in 2000,
she was the Controller at the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (AICPA). Ms. Borowicz joined the AICPA in 1981 and became
Controller in 1993. Before joining the AICPA, she worked at Holt
Rinehart & Winston, a Division of CBS, Inc. Her professional
accreditations include membership in the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public
Accountants, Inc., the New Jersey Society of Certified Public
Accountants, and the Financial Executives International. She also serves
as a director of the Union County Chapter of the New Jersey State
Society of Certified Public Accountants. She holds an M.B.A. in
Finance from New York University's Graduate School of Business, and a
bachelor's and master's degree from Brooklyn College. Top of Page
Amy Healy Director, Public
Policy 
Amy Healy leads
YPA’s public policy efforts including the management of national,
state, and local legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts. She
coordinates all filings before regulatory agencies including the Federal
Communications Commission, Federal Trade Commission, state bar
associations, and state legislative organizations as well as the
association's lobbying efforts before Congress. She is responsible for
advocating on behalf of YPA members on issues such as advertising taxes
and regulations, B2B commerce limitations such as do-not-fax,
do-not-call, do-not-e-mail and do-not-deliver, the environment, privacy
and call records legislation. Currently, she is working on a lobbying
effort in Washington, D.C. to ensure that directory publishers have fair
access to VoIP listings. Amy joined the YPA in 2001. Previously,
Amy worked on Capitol Hill for eight years. As legislative director for
Congresswoman Pat Danner, she was responsible for the congresswoman's
work on the House International Relations Committee including
international trade and defense issues. Amy holds an M.S. in
International Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a
B.A. in Political Science from Marquette University where she was
awarded the Lyndon Baines Johnson Scholarship for Congressional

Stephanie
Hobbs
Vice President of Communications Stephanie
Hobbs, an award-winning print and online Yellow Pages executive with
broad domestic and international experience, is the Yellow Pages
Association (YPA) vice president of marketing
communications.
Based in the Association's executive office
Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, Ms. Hobbs directs the Association's
communications efforts, including industry advertising and public
relations initiatives, and oversees all aspects of its annual
conference. Previously, she served as director of external
communications at Verizon Information Services in Dallas, where she
handled media and public relations, merger communications and served as
company spokesperson. Verizon Information Services is a leading print
and online directory publisher with operations in more than 14
countries. It also is one of the largest publishers of U.S. Hispanic
directories. Before joining Verizon, Ms. Hobbs was director of
media relations at Bell Atlantic Directory Services (1997-2000) and
manager of corporate communications (1991-1997) before the company
merged with GTE to become Verizon. She was a public relations manager at
Bell Atlantic/C&P Telephone from 1983 to 1991 and held a variety of
management positions with C&P Telephone. Ms. Hobbs is the
winner of more than 60 public relations and advertising industry awards,
including the Telly, the MARCOM, the Public Relations Society of
America's Bronze Quill, the International Association of Business
Communicators' Helio and various awards for video production and

Kathleen
(Kathy) Roush Vice President, Operations Ms. Roush brings nearly a
quarter century of association experience to her leadership of the
Yellow Pages Association Troy, Michigan, office. She is responsible for
maintaining and developing of all of the association's systems,
products, and standards - the foundation of the national operations
channel.
Ms. Roush, a nationally recognized training and
development specialist, has worked in all areas of the association's
operations. She was part of the original VAN and Rates and Data
conversion projects, and she led the Yellow Pages Association
ELITE® system implementation. She has also been the
association head for the order processing, metrics, data integrity,
heading, and billing committees. Ms. Roush is a graduate of Wayne
State University, and is a member of the American Society of Association
Executives and the American Society of Training and

Larry Small Director,
Research Mr. Small began his Yellow
Pages career in 1979 with the Leland Mast Directory Company in Kansas
City. As a premise sales rep, Mr. Small was inducted into the
president's club as well as achieving the honors of Rookie of the Year
and Grand Master. He was promoted to sales manager over Mast's newly
formed St. Louis Division in 1982.
In 1985, Mr. Small joined the
American Association of Yellow Pages Publishers (AAYPP) as manager of
marketing services. In this position, he oversaw the development of the
CO-OPSM handbook and worked with manufacturers and distributors in
creating co-op programs that were applicable to the Yellow Pages medium.
In 1986, Mr. Small was promoted to Director of Marketing Services,
responsible for overseeing all research activities as well as the
Association's award-winning university curricula expansion
program. In 1988, upon the formation of the Yellow Pages
Publishers Association (YPPA) through the merger of the American
Association of Yellow Pages Publishers and the National Yellow Pages
Service Association (NYPSA), Mr. Small was promoted to the position of
Vice President of Marketing Services, a position he held until November
30, 2001. During that time Mr. Small was responsible for such
diverse activities as research, communications, benchmarking, collateral
materials, Marketing the Medium, industry speaking engagements and a
variety of meeting and convention activities. His extensive knowledge of
the Yellow Pages Industry has made him a popular presenter at seminars
and conventions worldwide. In addition, he was YPPA's point man on media
interviews during his tenure there. From December 2001 until
December 2003, Mr. Small was a partner at CRM Associates, a Boulder,
Colo.-based Yellow Pages consulting firm. In January 2004, Mr.
Small was appointed to the position of Director of Research of the YPA,
where his responsibilities are to oversee and advise on all YPA research
activities. Mr. Small received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles
and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the
University of Missouri at Columbia. He is a member of the American
Management Association and the American Marketing
