YPA is excited to offer a new format that will allow companies the opportunity to meet and discuss strategic issues with key partners. 

Instead of our traditional Exhibition Hall, we are now offering Strategic Exchange Session (SES) locations.   With an assigned SES location, companies can make appointments with industry executives and set the stage for profitable business initiatives.  Best of all, SES meeting spaces are priced at a significant discount compared with the expenses associated with a tradeshow booth, such as booth rental, electrical, internet, shipping etc.

Various venues at Paris! will be used to support these important gatherings.  Special policies regarding reservations and use are described below.  Availability is limited Companies securing SES Meeting locations before December 31, 2009 will receive one additional full Conference Registration. 

Tables, Cabanas, Villas and Suites

SES appointments will be held at private tables, poolside villas or executive suites.  We recommend SES appointments be scheduled in 30 minute increments.  Because availability is limited, past YPA Exhibitors will be contacted and given of the first opportunity to reserve SES space.   Once all prior YPA Exhibitors have been contacted spaces will open up to all companies.

To the extent possible, appointments should be scheduled before the conference.  YPA will encourage members attending the conference to participate in SES Sessions.  YPA will also facilitate scheduling SES appointments through: 

  • Providing contact information for attendees on a periodic basis so that you can call to make appointments
  • Posting your SES contact information on the YPA Web site so that attendees can contact you for an appointment
  • Listing your SES contact information in the Conference Program so that attendees can contact you at the show for an appointment
  • Assisting you with securing appointments with two or three of your most sought after companies

Each SES assigned space comes with either one, two or three Conference registrations (depending on the type of assigned space.)  Conference registrations are a $1,850 value each and include the Gala Dinner, General Sessions, Workshops and several networking opportunities.  Please note that all individuals involved with an SES must be a registered attendee of the Conference.  For further information regarding the Conference please visit www.ypassociation.org.

The YPA Conference is strategically focused and adheres to a noncommercial format.  No displays or exhibits are permitted and SES sessions may not be conducted during scheduled conference events.  Pricing for the SES meeting spaces are as follows:

Private Table - $2,500 (Member); $5,000 (Non-Member) - Includes one Conference Registration.  A $1,850 value.  Meeting Table will be in a large room along with other SES tables.  Tables will be spaced out to provide privacy for appointments.  SES Table appointments hours will be held from Sunday, April 18th from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm and Monday, April 19th from 1:30 to 4:30 pm.  All Tables include: Internet accessibility (by prior request only), electric, lighting, beverages and snacks.  Additional needs can be arranged by the hotel at the participant's expense.

Cabana - $4,000 (Member); $6,500 (Non-Member) Includes two Conference Registrations.  A $3,700 value.  Cabana’s are located poolside and offer both outside and inside meeting space.  SES Cabana’s are available for use from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm Saturday, April 17th until Tuesday, April 20th.   All Cabana’s include: Internet accessibility (by prior request only), electric, lighting, beverages and snacks.  Additional needs can be arranged by the hotel at the participant's expense.

Villa SOLD OUT $5,000 (Member); $7,500 (Non-Member) Includes two Conference Registrations.  A $3,700 value.  Villas are located poolside and offer both outside and inside meeting space with air conditioning.  SES Villas are available for use from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm Saturday, April 17th until Tuesday, April 20th.   All Villas include: Internet accessibility (by prior request only), electric, lighting, beverages and snacks.  Additional needs can be arranged by the hotel at the participant's expense.

Suite - $10,000 (Member); $12,500 (Non-Member) Includes three Conference Registrations.  A $5,550 value.  Suites offer a private bedroom area separate from the large parlor and dining area that includes a wet bar and fax machine.  SES Suites are available from check-in Saturday, April 17th until check-out Wednesday, April 21th Additional nights are available at a separate charge.  Also available at an additional charge is a connecting standard room.  All arrangements include: Internet accessibility (by prior request only), electric, lighting, beverages and snacks.  Additional needs can be arranged by the hotel at the participant's expense.  Suite diagrams are available by request.
